Return/Exchange & Refund Policy

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

All products purchased from kahfpremium.com can be exchanged/returned within 15 days only if:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the product's original specifications or is found to be not the same as you ordered.
  • There will be no return or exchange of any dress/cloth if the flyer sealed is opened.
  • Customer should claim the exchange within 15 days if there is any defect in the piece.
  • Pictures are shown on the website and real dress may have a slight difference in colour because of the lighting effects in photo shoots.

REFUND POLICY

KAHF does not offer a “Cash Refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items based on desires.

A “Refund” may only be issued if:

  • The customer cancels the order before KAHF starts processing the shipment.
  • The item(s) do not match the ordered product.
  • The transaction does not verify the security checks and KAHF is not willing to process such an order.
  • Refunds cannot be issued from our retail stores or distributors.
  • Customer will get a refund when the brand receives the dress from the customer.

Refunds Through Payment Partners

  • All local refunds will take around 6-7 Working Days.
  • International refunds will take around 10-12 Working days.

KAHF has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as – the item being out of stock, the credit card payment being declined by the issuing financial institution, and miscellaneous Reasons.
